If we do get something wrong with your order we will make it our priority to sort it out at no extra cost to you and as quickly as we can.  

We will always try to help with all your enquiries and answer any emails within 1 hour (during office hours).  It's really important for us to hear from you so please don't be a stranger! 

We all love clothes so we believe we can give you really good advice about fit, style and fabrics.  In fact we are really proud about this bit so please test us! 

We personally check  every item we send out and put our  signature against it to make sure the quality control is excellent. 

If you decide to return any of your items we will refund you the day we get them back and we will contact you straight away to let you know.  We know this is very important to you so we make sure this is a priority job!
