How To Place Your First Order With Us
1. Select a size by clicking the 'Select Size' box to show sizes available. Click on the size you want and click 'Add To Bag'. If you want to buy more than one item find the next product, 'Select Size' and 'Add To Bag'.
2. When you are finished selecting your products you can either click 'View shopping bag' at the top of the page, click 'click here' in the pink banner above the product-image or click 'Checkout' below the 'Add To Bag' button.
3. If you wish to remove any item from your shopping bag click on the box below 'remove' next to the item and then click 'Update Basket'. If you have a promotion code enter it into the blank space and click 'Submit Code'. This will then adjust any prices affected by a promotion code. When you are happy with the contents of your shopping bag click "Checkout".
4. Select the destination country you want the order sent to by clicking the 'Select Shipping Destination' and then click on the relevant region or country.
5. Click on 'Select Shipping Method' and the available options will be listed. Click on the shipment option of your choice.
6. You will now see the total cost of your items including the shipping cost. Click 'Next' if you are happy to proceed.
7. Enter your name and address including email and telephone number. All fields marked with an asterix must be filled out. The email address you enter will be the one your getmyfashion-account will be registered to and all correspondence from us will go to this email. If your delivery address is different to your billing address please tick the box stating this and enter the details in the spaces provided. When you are happy that all details are correct, tick the box at the bottom of the delivery-details and click 'Next'
8. You are now at the final order confirmation page which shows all the details we have gathered from you about your order. Please check and if you need to amend anything click the 'Previous Page' button to go back to the relevant page. If all is correct click 'Next'.
9. Type the name as it appears on the card in the space provided, click 'Select Card' and click on the relevant card. Fill out all the fields marked with an asterix and click process payment. You may be asked to enter an additional password for Verified by Visa and Securecode by Mastercard at this point. This is an online shopping personal pin linked to your card. You can find out more about this by clicking the link in red on this page. Whether you will be re-directed to this additional step will depend completely on the bank/company your card is registered to.
10. If you would like to receive triple loyalty points on your order leave the tick in the box. Click 'Finish Purchase' to complete your first purchase with us! Thank you & well done!
