Getmyfashion.com is the result of over 20 years family experience in the women's retail clothing industry and an understanding that our industry has embraced the online retail revolution.

My name is Aron Hosie and I am currently one of two owners in this family retail business that has two shops called Diva situated in the beautiful depths of south west Devon, in Totnes and Torquay and now this online site selling women's clothing and footwear. The history of the Diva shops and ultimately this site began in the early1980's with my mother Angela's passion for vintage clothing which she started selling in the Totnes Friday market.

The market stall was very successful and a shop called 'number one' was opened soon after selling a mixture of second-hand designer clothes. But very quickly Angela realised that her ability to source new stock far outstripped the second-hand business and the shop was re fitted and renamed Diva. This was back in 1987 and as a family we have never looked back.

Over the years we moved locations to a bigger shop, opened a men's shop, opened our Torquay shop, and even opened a shoe shop. We sold designer labels, all sorts of foreign labels, small new eclectic labels and of course the big high street fashion labels. But one thing has remained throughout and that is a desire to please our customers with stylish beautiful clothes presented in stylish beautiful shops. The buzz and satisfaction of listening to customers comment on how much they like and enjoy what we do and sell is what makes it all happen.

As for me, I came back from London, having just won a European design award from the Royal Society of Arts and a placement with Vodafone to help Angela with the business after my father died back in 2000. The business as it stood then consisted of three shops and was far too much for Angela to handle on her own. So questions were asked. Should we sell? Reduce the size? Or what? I very soon realised that the business was in my blood too (Although surfing is still my number one passion.sorry Malin!) so that was that, we would run it and build it together.

So now here we are with two shops in the high street and this online store. It is our passion to please you the customer with a great looking and easy to follow site. Our aim is to give you style, modern tailoring, contemporary classics, grown up fashion, feminine looks, interesting fabrics, excellent service and most importantly, just what you wanted.
